This expansive film from a master dramatist takes us into the intensities of kinship, duty, and the most enduring of human mysteries: that even through lifetimes of hurt and hardship, we still find ways to love those we call family. In conjunction with the new epic THE BRUTALIST, the Belcourt presents a seminar spotlighting Brutalist buildings around Nashville — on Sat, Feb 1 from 10:30-11:30am!
Led by architect @Kem Hinton , this one-hour presentation will provide background on the divisive, frequently misunderstood architectural movement and feature slides from notable Brutalist buildings you might drive past every day. You’ll leave the seminar with locations for your own architecture tour and a new appreciation of the minimalist architectural style.
