How do I get my member discount?
Please contact membership@belcourt.org for the member discount code, which you’ll apply at checkout.
What should I wear?
Black tie attire is suggested: a tuxedo or suit and tie for men; cocktail or long dresses, or evening separates for women. (Click here to view photos of last year’s guests!)
Where should I park?
Please enter Belcourt Ave from 24th Ave, and our valet attendants will take care of parking your car at no extra cost.
Should I eat before I come?
Food will be coursed starting with passed hors d’oeuvres during early arrival (5:00pm-5:30pm) for Diamond ticket holders. The main buffet will be available from 5:30pm-7:00pm, dessert from 7:30pm-8pm, and late night snacks from 8:30pm-9:30pm.
Is there reserved seating?
Diamond ticket holders will have reserved seating in the 1925 Hall. Guests of Row Sponsors will have reserved seating in the 1966 Hall. All other seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Is there a coat check?
Yes. Coat check will be located near check-in.
If I don’t have a smartphone, can I still participate in the silent auction?
Yes! Our silent auction volunteers will be on hand with iPads to help set up your account and place bids. Set your maximum bid, and let the app do the bidding for you!
