Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you’ve any questions. Just email us here.
Masks are not required at this time. Current CDC guidelines do recommend masks, and we keep masks on hand and available should you need one.
Seating is general admission. When choosing your seat, please respect and maintain space and distance from others.
We recommend that you purchase your tickets online in advance.
Only patrons with a ticket — or purchasing a ticket — are permitted in the building.
For safety’s sake, we ask patrons not to linger in the lobby before or after screenings.
Patrons are asked to take their concessions trash with them when leaving a screening — and dispose of it in the trash cans provided.
BUILDING ADAPTATIONS FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY
To help provide a safe environment for both patrons and staff throughout our building, we have invested in new equipment for thorough sanitation and made adaptations to our overall HVAC systems to increase air ventilation, filtration and purifying.
In our screening halls and throughout the building, we’ve made significant adaptations to the building’s HVAC system in accordance with the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) recommendations for non-healthcare buildings:
- ozone-free UV air scrubbers (HVAC-mounted Ultraviolet Germicidal Irradiation (UVGI), which uses UV light with sufficiently short wavelengths to disinfect surfaces, air, and water)
- improved central air and other HVAC filtration to MERV-13* (as recommended by the CDC and ASHRAE; MERV ≥ 13 is efficient at capturing airborne viruses)
- increased outdoor air ventilation
- keeping all systems running 24/7 with fans always on
*MERV stands for “minimum efficiency report value,” a scale used to report the effectiveness of air filters.
